I have eaten a LOT of soup dumplings in my life, many in the Seattle area. Little Ting’s is the TASTIEST I have ever tried! The servers are polite, and the food came out FAST. Definitely a hidden gem of a restaurant. Seating for 1-6 at standard booths and tables. They have a separate eating nook for larger parties.

Huge portions!! The braised beef noodle soup and dry string bean are so yummy! I love their handmade dumplings, the fried ones have the crispy snowflake on them! Try the pork and fennel ones! Especially good with their chili oil, vinegar, and soy sauce on the table!!

We found this place to be a hidden gem. The hot and sour soup had just enough spice for flavor but not enough to burn, which was nice for us. We got the sweet and sour pork tenderloin and the pork and Fennel dumplings. The sweet and sour pork was fantastic - none of the Fatty left-over bbq pork you get at other places, nor pineapple and veg to bulk the order out. Just the fried breaded pork in sauce. Lovely and tender. The dumplings are hand made on site, and simply delicious. We were very happy and are looking forward to our next visit.

We’ve overlooked Ting’s in the past, but last week we needed delivery and decided to give it a try. Delivery was so good, we decided to try the dine in today. Every dish was delicious. The Fried Mushrooms were probably our favorite, savory umami flavors, crispy on the outside, melt in our month goodness. Temperature is also super important to taste and every dish was served piping hot.

Food: the fried mushroom/chive buns are a little under filled for my liking but the bun is soft and the flavors are on point. The steamed beef dumplings were my favorite. They were juicy and umami that reminded me flavors of homemade cooking. The skin was not drying which I appreciated especially for a takeaway order. I got: chicken fried noodles, pan fried mushroom/chive buns, and beef scallion steamed dumplings. They have other items like dim sum and noodle soups with other familiar dishes that I’ll be back to try. Service: I accidentally ordered a veggie item on the kiosk when I wanted meat. The lady was understanding and was able to accommodate my mistake which I was grateful for since the beef dumplings turned out to be the dish I liked best. Atmosphere: simple decor and bright lighting. Parking: Came here late to pick up some food, parking is not super clear (at night) but does have a small parking lot.

Little tings dumplings is a great place to go to have noodles. For the price the portion sizes were large. So large that after I had already filled up I took it home and had food for 2 more meals. Our server also gave us free bowls of soup as a bonus. I had a great experience here and would recommend to anyone in the area looking for good noodles.

Food was delicious, the place was cute and the service just fine. We enjoyed the flavors so will definitely be back. We got the pan fried pork buns and pork & chive dumplings, based on other positive reviews.

Little Ting's is fantastic! The in-person dining experience is wonderful and being able to buy frozen dumplings to take home for later is such a treat. I get such nostalgia eating the dumplings 水餃 and always have decision paralysis when looking at the menu because there are just so many good options.
